Everybody Up - 3rd Edition
A seven-level workbook series for Oxford University Press, designed to support the 3rd Edition of Everybody Up. Working alongside the in-house OUP design team, Wild Apple Design managed the layout, artwork, adaptation and production of seven workbooks, supplied in both print and e-book formats.
Turning a template into seven finished workbooks
Artwork
Repurpose. Rework. Commission.
Existing colour artwork was edited and adapted for the workbook format, alongside newly commissioned artwork where required.
Working to a revised template, we had to carefully consider new content and develop the layouts to ensure they were clear, engaging, and easy to use for young students learning English.
Adapting and reworking a substantial amount of artwork from the first edition and from the students books, the team also commissioned new artwork where required. Each workbook needed to feel consistent with the Everybody Up identity, while working effectively across seven levels and a large volume of content.

Working alongside the in-house design team, we streamlined the production process across all six levels, keeping layouts, artwork and files consistent throughout.
Our role extended beyond page layout. We managed artwork, file naming and organisation, colour-to-B&W adaptations, corrections, proof stages and final technical checks, ensuring every component met the clients production standards.
