Active for Life
For the second edition, we refreshed the visual identity to create a more contemporary and engaging resource specifically designed for the PE classroom. The compact 304-page format brings activities, theory and assessment together, covering sport, dance, health and well-being in a single resource.
The cover and interior design were given a fresh, modern treatment while retaining the established colour coding from the first edition. This maintained series recognition while giving the new edition a stronger, more contemporary visual presence.
The page design was developed around active participation, using generous spaces for students to fill in, alongside check-lists, prompts and varied activity formats. A new set of icons creates a clear visual language throughout, while integrated digital resources add another layer to the learning experience.
