The Challenge
The project involved restructuring and re-paginating the entire book, swapping units and integrating new sections including Revision Units, Global Culture & Citizenship, Exam Practice and Summaries. We also redesigned headers and page furniture while maintaining consistency with the established New Identity series.
Managing the Detail
With over 416 pages and hundreds of assets to manage in a text heavy book, accurate file naming, asset tracking and proof checking were essential. Close collaboration with the editorial project manager, supported by weekly meetings and daily updates, kept the project on track.
